Plain-English summary. We collect your details only when you send us a quote request, and we use them to get back to you about that job. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t run advertising trackers on this site.

1. Who we are

Allstar Cleaning & Detailing (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and provides auto detailing and property cleaning services in Dover, Delaware and the surrounding areas.

2. What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. Through the quote form on this site, that is:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address (optional)
  • The service you’re asking about and your preferred timing
  • Any job details you type in, including the package or add-ons you selected and your service location
  • How you’d like us to reply (phone, text or WhatsApp)

If you call, text, or message us on WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you send us in that conversation. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

3. How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out the work, and keep in touch about that job. We may also keep a record of completed work for our own book-keeping. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only where necessary to run the business:

  • Form delivery. Quote requests are passed through FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards the submission to our email inbox. Your details pass through their systems in order to reach us.
  • Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to fetch them, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
  • If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies of its own, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on it. If that changes, we will update this page and say so here.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. If you’d like your details removed sooner, email us and we’ll delete what we’re not required to keep.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email infos@allstarcleaningdetailing.com and we’ll respond. You can also tell us at any time to stop contacting you.

8. Photographs of work

We photograph vehicles and spaces we work on, and may show those photos on this website or our social media. We do not publish names, addresses, or license plates. If you’d rather we didn’t photograph your job, or you want a photo taken down, just tell us — before or after the work, either is fine.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

10. Changes

If we update this policy we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
